This tired Newtown terrace was given a new lease on life with a complete interior renovation and facade restoration.
The enclosed fibro facade addition was removed and reinstated as a balcony. Mismatched ironwork added at some point, was removed and replaced with a design to match with the adjoining terrace. Internal features were resurrected, the original floors were repaired, patched and refinished and period door hardware was fitted throughout.
A new kitchen, bathroom and laundry were installed in the existing rear footprint and a new roller door and pedestrian gate were installed to access the rear lane.
