It was a wonderful opportunity to help these clients breathe new life back into their impressive Late Victorian filigree façade.

A new for old restoration showcased our attention to detail and quality workmanship, as well as employing specialist craftsmen and suppliers, to ensure the high end finish demanded by this project was met.

The cast iron work (freize, balustrade, posts and fence) was repaired and repainted, as well as damaged and missing plasterwork. Rotting balconies were repaired and made safe again, utilising traditional carpentry materials and methods. Traditional tessellated tiling was laid in a bold colourwave. A custom wrought iron panel was designed and fitted to a new custom front door to create a grand entry, fitting for this glorious mature home.
